Spektralwerk Core:
the faster NIR spectrometer.

NIR Spectrometry for Production.

The high-performance core of your process automation: Spektralwerk Core delivers spectra with sampling rates of over 500 Hz while maintaining an excellent signal-to-noise ratio. This allows you to concentrate fully on integration and evaluation.

Qualitative and quantitative analysis directly in-line.

Continuously determine the composition of samples or ensure the absence of contaminants - directly in-line, 24 hours a day. Thanks to its compact dimensions, Spektralwerk Core is not only suitable for static installation above conveyor belts and similar equipment, but can also be dynamically positioned for multi-point measurements.

High performing with a very good signal-to-noise ratio.

High sampling rates enable you to respond very quickly to changes in the process, or even perform interpolation in heterogeneous measurement situations.

The excellent signal-to-noise ratio of 10000:1 allows you to differentiate between subtle differences in intensity despite the speed.

NIR Spectronomy for Manufacturing

Reliable inspection, qualitatively and quantitatively

Spektralwerk Core is the new generation of NIR spectrometers from Silicann Systems. Developed from the ground up to deliver an excellent signal-to-noise ratio even at high sample rates, Spektralwerk Core is a reliable companion for your in-line NIR application.

Spectrometers in the Spektralwerk Core series cover a wavelength range of 900–1700 nm. This makes them ideal for applications such as determining moisture, fat, and protein content, testing NIR light sources, and performing qualitative and quantitative evaluations of samples in a wide variety of industries.

In NIR spectroscopy of molecules, the harmonics measured that are far less pronounced than their fundamental vibrations in the longer-wave infrared range. Spectrometers with a high signal-to-noise ratio are therefore particularly important for the NIR range in order to be able to clearly distinguish even low-intensity harmonics from noise.

Flexible integration

Spektralwerk Core uses a single cable for data transfer and power supply, which means that the measurement location can be up to 100 m away from the evaluation location, and even unlimited when integrated into the company network.

High sample rates

Spektralwerk Core can keep pace with even the fastest production lines: in streaming mode, the spectrometer continuously delivers spectra at over 500 Hz.

Very high signal-to-noise ratio

Detect subtle differences: With a signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) of up to 10000:1, you can reliably detect signals even under challenging measurement conditions.
